Understanding Our Terms & Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions (T&C) outline the legal guidelines for using our photo booth rental services. They establish the legal relationship between our clients and us as the service provider. It's important to tailor the T&C to the nature of the rental service, ensuring that it covers aspects like usage rights, payment terms, and service offerings.
Key Inclusions in Our T&C
Our T&C cover essential aspects such as client eligibility, payment terms, service modifications, warranties, intellectual property rights, account suspension, and more. For comprehensive details, refer to our 'Photo Booth Rental Terms and Conditions' document.
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive credit towards a future booking (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the events will forfeit all payments.
If Souline PhotoBooth must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
3. Setup & Space Requirements
A minimum space of 8ft x 8ft, power outlet access, and safe cover (for outdoor events) is required.
Setup requires approximately 45-60 minutes prior to event start time.
4. Equipment & Damages
The client is responsible for ensuring that guests use the Photo Booth respectfully.
Any intentional or negligent damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
5. Use of Photos
Souline PhotoBooth reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
6. Technical Issues & Servicing
In the event of equipment malfunction, reasonable efforts will be made to restore service.
If service cannot be provided due to technical failure beyond our control, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Liability
Souline PhotoBooth is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during use of the booth.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
8. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
